TFX-BCRO

Select the rejection.
Design the concentration process.

TFX brine concentration reverse osmosis (BCRO) membranes target additional water recovery from concentrate and reduced liquid volume requiring downstream treatment.

APPLICATION-DEVELOPMENT PORTFOLIO

High-, medium-, and low-rejection options.

HIGH REJECTION

TFX BC100

High-rejection pathway for duties that require substantial salt retention in the concentrate.

Discuss BC100

MEDIUM REJECTION

TFX BC80

Medium-rejection pathway for process designs that can accommodate increased salt passage.

Discuss BC80

LOW REJECTION

TFX BC20

Low-rejection pathway requiring explicit permeate handling, staging, and product-water design.

Discuss BC20
These product names and rejection classes are carried forward from the company brine-concentration brochure. They are presented as development options, not released commercial warranties.

Reported conditions: 110 bar, 10% recovery, pH 7, and 25 °C. GPD denotes gallons per day; the supplied table does not define the gallon basis or separately specify the feed chemistry for these entries.

Development reference, not a released datasheet. Confirm the test basis, nominal-value status, tolerances, and current availability before sizing or purchasing. Final concentrate endpoints require a separate process calculation and are not implied by this single-element test.

PROCESS SELECTION

Rejection and recovery must be selected together.

Compare options at the same feed, final concentrate, net water recovery, and delivered product-water quality. Include recycle, permeate reprocessing, pumps, energy recovery, and downstream treatment within the comparison boundary. A low-rejection concentration stage is not a stand-alone freshwater product specification.
